What you will do

• Act as a strategic financial co-pilot and advisor to the CIO and technology leadership to guide decision-making.
• Develop and refine investment prioritization and capital allocation frameworks.
• Lead the creation of robust business cases for high-impact technology initiatives.
• Own technology cost and investment reporting across the function.
• Ensure IFRS-compliant financial reporting, specifically managing CapEx vs. OpEx distinctions.
• Monitor budgets and investment performance, balancing financial discipline with strategic flexibility.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Controlling, Finance, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical capabilities and a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset.
• Experience in eCommerce environments or strong affinity with digital business models.
• Proven ability to communicate and engage with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Solid understanding of IFRS standards.
• Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany.
