Location: Remote (Must be based in the Philippines)

What you will do
- Design and implement a group-wide employee experience framework covering the full lifecycle from attraction to exit.
- Drive organisational development initiatives, including team effectiveness, leadership alignment, and cultural diagnostics.
- Apply change management frameworks and conduct impact assessments for people, IT, and business transformation projects.
- Analyse employee engagement data and pulse checks to translate insights into practical improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent teams to align leadership development and succession planning.
- Prepare insights and recommendations for HR leadership and board governance forums.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Employee Experience, Organisational Development, and/or Change Management.
- Experience working within complex, multi-site organisations, preferably in manufacturing, mining, or industrial sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence all business levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable people initiatives.
- Must be based in the Philippines.
Nice to have
- Postgraduate qualification in Organisational Development or Change Management.
- Professional qualifications in Industrial Psychology.
- Six Sigma certification or experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
