What you will do

  • Manage complex ER casework and provide expert advice to frontline leaders on people management challenges.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance ER process capability across the organization.
  • Improve systems, tools, and processes to elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Lead or support the implementation of policy, process, and project changes.
  • Partner across the People & Culture team to embed the operating model and deliver high-impact service.

Requirements

  • Must be based in New Zealand with the right to work in the country.
  • Several years of hands-on specialist ER experience, ideally in shared services or HR operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex, sensitive situations and conducting high-quality employment investigations.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to influence without authority and mentor others.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of maintaining clarity under pressure.
