TL;DR

Organizational Effectiveness Partner: Driving organizational performance and change adoption through strategic diagnostics, team interventions, and leadership coaching with an accent on complex, global, matrixed environments. Focus on designing scalable OE methodologies, facilitating leadership programs, and translating business strategy into actionable organizational interventions.

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia (Hybrid: 4 days per week in-office required).

What you will do

  • Design and evolve globally consistent OE methodologies, tools, and frameworks to drive efficiency and impact.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders, translating strategy into targeted interventions.
  • Lead end-to-end intervention design and execution, including diagnostics, facilitation, and coaching.
  • Diagnose organizational and team dynamics to identify root causes and inform effective solutions.
  • Develop executive-ready reports and insights to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • Establish evaluation metrics and continuous improvement practices across a global, matrixed environment.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in progressive HR, Talent, or Organizational Development within complex, global, matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with HR and senior leaders on change adoption and organizational challenges.
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities.
  • Deep knowledge of organization effectiveness frameworks, team dynamics, diagnostics, change models, and leadership methodologies.
  • Strategic, systems-thinking mindset with the ability to connect OE strategies to business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing, and presentation skills with credibility at senior levels.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications in coaching or organizational development.
  • Experience using psychometric assessments.
