What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products.
• Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications for new product development.
• Sustain and continuously improve production tests across multiple product lines.
• Manage software C++ programming, computer hardware, and networking as they relate to semiconductor ATE systems.
• Lead and train engineers on multisite test techniques and data handling.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of semiconductor Test Engineering experience.
• Proven expertise with analog-mixed signal products, DFT, test plan responsibility, and NPI.
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming.
• Extensive experience with Teradyne Eagle ETS-88 or ETS-364 (multisite test coding and debug).
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods for tester and program comparisons.
• BSEE or equivalent degree.
