What you will do

• Lead the full end-to-end lifecycle of Ethernet and Data center products from New Production Introduction (NPI) to Mass Production Release (MPR).
• Own NPI deliverables, including product characterization, test operation, qualification, yield ramp, and manufacturability.
• Optimize product performance, quality, and cost across multiple test insertions such as Wafer Sort, Final Test, and SLT.
• Collaborate with design, DFT/DFM, process, package, and test teams to execute cost and quality improvements.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance new product development methodology.
• Prepare and present technical summaries and updates for cross-functional and executive teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience, or a Master's/PhD with 5+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with ATE platforms (e.g., Advantest 93K, Teradyne) and System Level Test (SLT) for silicon debug and root cause analysis.
• Strong foundation in applied statistics for product characterization and quality improvement.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools such as JMP and SiliconDash.
• Solid background in test methodology, silicon process, package, and DFT/DFM.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. export control laws (EAR).
