What you will do

  • Execute the full deal lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, due diligence, valuation, and negotiation support.
  • Develop detailed financial models, synergy assessments, and business cases to support investment decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, legal, tax, and operational functions during transaction execution.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations and deliverable documents for senior management and the board.
  • Manage relationships with counterparties, investment bankers, and external advisors.
  • Support post-close performance monitoring and integration planning to ensure transaction objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
  • Advanced proficiency in DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and accretion/dilution analysis.
  • Fluency with Capital IQ, Pitchbook, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.
  • Must be available for travel as required to support transaction execution.
