What you will do

• Execute complex financial transactions including M&A, divestitures, and capital raises.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY, United States.
• Strong academic record with an MBA and 1+ year of investment banking experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience advising asset management firms, including private market GPs, traditional managers, and wealth management platforms.
• Mastery of corporate finance and valuation methodologies (DCF, LBO, merger modeling, precedent transaction analysis).
• Demonstrated success in managing buy-side and sell-side M&A, as well as equity and debt financing workstreams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage complex timelines under pressure.
