Location: Remote (EMEA). Offices available in Chania, Athens (Greece), and Limassol (Cyprus).

What you will do
- Lead the evolution of the marketing organization, focusing on demand generation, growth, and revenue impact.
- Manage teams across paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle marketing, content, and marketing operations.
- Optimize both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-assisted motions to improve pipeline quality and trial activation.
- Partner with the VP of Sales to align on funnel stages, pipeline SLAs, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
- Implement a data-driven culture with a focus on attribution, experimentation, and CAC efficiency.
- Integrate AI into marketing workflows to enhance research, personalization, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience leading marketing in a B2B SaaS company with a mix of PLG and sales-assisted growth.
- Proven track record of building demand engines that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Deep expertise in ABM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations.
- Strong analytical skills regarding CAC, attribution, and conversion metrics.
- Must be based in the EMEA region.
- Hands-on experience using AI to improve marketing workflows.
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, LMS, or creator platforms.
- Background in transitioning from broad inbound acquisition to an ICP-led GTM model.
- Experience scaling enterprise-level ABM programs.
