Focus on aligning marketing and sales, optimizing conversion funnels, and embedding AI into operational workflows.

Location: Remote (EMEA). Offices available in Chania, Athens (Greece), and Limassol (Cyprus).

What you will do

  • Lead the evolution of the marketing organization, focusing on demand generation, growth, and revenue impact.
  • Manage teams across paid and organic acquisition, lifecycle marketing, content, and marketing operations.
  • Optimize both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and sales-assisted motions to improve pipeline quality and trial activation.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales to align on funnel stages, pipeline SLAs, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Implement a data-driven culture with a focus on attribution, experimentation, and CAC efficiency.
  • Integrate AI into marketing workflows to enhance research, personalization, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience leading marketing in a B2B SaaS company with a mix of PLG and sales-assisted growth.
  • Proven track record of building demand engines that generate qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Deep expertise in ABM, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations.
  • Strong analytical skills regarding CAC, attribution, and conversion metrics.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region.
  • Hands-on experience using AI to improve marketing workflows.

Nice to have

  • Experience in EdTech, LMS, or creator platforms.
  • Background in transitioning from broad inbound acquisition to an ICP-led GTM model.
  • Experience scaling enterprise-level ABM programs.
