What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive promotional strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Manage the global sports promotions marketing plan and maintain a consistent brand identity.
• Execute multichannel campaigns (SMS, inbox, pop-ups) in collaboration with CRM, design, and technical teams.
• Perform player segmentation and targeting to maximize engagement and conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing on promotional elements and optimize campaigns based on results.
• Manage the promotional budget and analyze expenses to ensure ROI.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience managing sports promotions and campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of sports betting products, including pre-match and live offerings.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven experience in budget management and delivering reports to stakeholders.
• English: Fluent (native or professional proficiency) required.
• Location: Must be based in Cyprus.
