What you will do

• Lead and elevate art direction across diverse projects, ensuring cohesive brand experiences.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior-level creatives to advance their design skills.
• Collaborate with planning, UX, and development teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Present and defend creative work to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Manage project timelines, resource utilization, and workload for direct reports.
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, compelling data visualizations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in a creative role.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign for both digital and print formats.
• Strong understanding of FDA regulations and pharmaceutical promotion requirements.
• Proven ability to lead art direction and mentor junior team members.
• Experience in developing multichannel creative with strong conceptual and strategic acumen.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
