Salary: $124,800 - $187,200

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with 2+ years).
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
• Expert-level knowledge of Figma and Jira.
• Experience collaborating with hardware teams on combined software/hardware products.
• Knowledge of medical device design, FDA, and IEC design guidelines.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and deliver value in a complex environment.

Nice to have

• Degree concentration in HCI, Cognitive Psychology, or Interactive Design.
• Demonstrable experience in design thinking, service design, and systems thinking.
