What you will do

• Take full creative oversight of design, CRM, and loyalty projects for major global clients.
• Define and design master visual guidelines and templates for sophisticated CRM systems.
• Lead the visual identity for direct marketing channels including emails, apps, SMS, and social media.
• Oversee visual storytelling and conceptualize seamless customer journeys across all touchpoints.
• Partner with senior copywriters to co-develop holistic creative concepts from the ground up.
• Collaborate with strategists, account directors, and consultants from ideation to execution.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional design and art direction experience in a leading agency or digital studio.
• Based in Austin, Texas to contribute to the studio's office culture.
• Proven experience in a lead capacity overseeing complex design systems and digital campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Expertise in Generative AI design tools such as Midjourney, Firefly, and Stable Diffusion.
• Professional fluency in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Proven brand experience working with Automotive or Premium/Luxury sectors.
• Ability to create polished client presentations with animations in PowerPoint.
