Salary: OTE $200,000–$275,000 per year

What you will do

  • Prospect and acquire net-new key clients across priority verticals and strategic accounts.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing in complex mid-market and enterprise environments.
  • Maintain a consistent cadence of outbound prospecting (calls, emails, outreach) to meet pipeline targets.
  • Position the hirify.global platform as central infrastructure for scaling marketplace and digital commerce operations.
  • Engage C-suite and executive stakeholders using value-based selling and structured methodologies.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering, product, and leadership to advance opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience focused on new logo acquisition for national key accounts ($50M–$1B+ revenue).
  • Proven track record of closing $50k+ ACV deals and managing 6+ month sales cycles.
  • Consistent quota attainment (100%+) for at least 4 consecutive quarters.
  • Must be located in Central or Eastern US time zones.
  • Mastery of structured sales methodologies like MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
  • Experience engaging C-suite executives and managing 10+ concurrent opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Experience in commerce, retail technology, or digital ecosystem platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered solutions or channel-influenced sales motions.
