What you will do

• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of electronics technicians.
• Oversee administrative functions including timesheets, appraisals, and travel documentation.
• Ensure operational readiness and maintenance of NAVAIDS, communications, and meteorology systems.
• Coordinate with government project managers and stakeholders to meet program deliverables.
• Develop technical documentation, SOPs, and status reports.
• Conduct safety audits and maintain equipment inventory and calibration records.

Requirements

• Valid USA passport required.
• Must be able to obtain a T1 Clearance.
• Must pass medical and dental examinations for Antarctica deployment.
• High school diploma or GED with formal technical training in electronics or communications.
• Four years of practical experience in electronics repair, maintenance, and checkout.
• Two years of experience with aviation ground navigation, meteorology, or air traffic communication systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in NAVAIDS, Communications, and/or Meteorological Equipment.
