What you will do

• Perform wafer production functions including operations, equipment/process support, and training.
• Maintain and repair module equipment; troubleshoot issues and reduce defects to support Fab objectives.
• Use technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, and schematics with test equipment and problem-solving techniques.
• Support dry etch, diffusion, and thin films processes with priority across functional areas.
• Work a compressed work week schedule with availability on all shifts in Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (Fab52/42/32/12).

Requirements

• On-site role in Phoenix, Arizona (US).
• Lift up to 35 pounds (18 kg) four times a day; frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Meet at least one: High School Diploma/equivalent + 2+ years related hands-on experience (or military technical experience); or 2+ years in related equipment maintenance; or 2+ year technical/trade certification; or Associate degree in STEM + 2+ years equipment maintenance experience.
• Must not require hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Military experience.
• Advanced node semiconductor manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Hands-on preventative/corrective maintenance experience on 300mm semiconductor equipment (or equivalent).
• Experience influencing creation of new specs/procedures/business processes for equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of process control systems; experience with schematics and complex drawings/diagrams; integrated circuit fabrication experience.
