What you will do

• Monitor progress notes and generate exception reports to ensure updates occur at required 14-day intervals.
• Track audit status, manage reopen requests, and assign cases once returned to holding.
• Review and process nonproductive audits after verifying all necessary contact attempts.
• Ensure strict adherence to carrier-specific scheduling procedures for every case.
• Maintain an active audit inventory of approximately 100 cases.
• Meet weekly productivity expectations, including a minimum of 15 billing hours.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Visual Audit and Nexus Audit systems.
• Solid understanding of audit processes and carrier-specific requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external coordination.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage a high-volume workload.
• Eligibility to work in the US (implied by 401k and US benefit structure).
