What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Escrow Holdback staff and manage overall workflow.
• Resolve escalated loan files and provide guidance on loan-level inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments, loan officers, and third-party vendors.
• Manage the loan disbursement process and ensure a thorough review of required documentation.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations, monitor timecards, and handle onboarding for new hires.
• Coordinate with the Accounting department for fund reconciliation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, math, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows.
