What you will do

• Develop and edit diverse health communication content including web copy, fact sheets, social media, and video scripts.
• Manage digital channels, including routine web updates and social media engagement.
• Contribute to communication strategy, audience research, and editorial planning.
• Ensure all deliverables meet federal Section 508 accessibility and plain language standards.
• Maintain collaborative systems and project documentation using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Analyze communication metrics from web and social platforms to provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public health, journalism, or marketing.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in strategic or health communications.
• Strong writing and editing skills with experience producing content for federal or public health audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Section 508 compliance and WCAG 2.0 accessibility standards.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States and capable of managing projects in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI or Power Automate.
• Experience with digital analytics tools like Adobe Analytics, Meltwater, or Sprout Social.
