What you will do

• Develop and manage a refreshed brand identity and unified messaging for the Summit platform.
• Produce customer-facing content to connect users to data tools and explain platform capabilities.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and onboarding processes to ensure consistent messaging.
• Support executive leadership with presentation content, messaging, and briefing materials.
• Manage internal communication channels including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Analyze communication campaign data to refine strategies and improve program outcomes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience
• 8+ years of experience in communications, project management, or marketing
• Experience supporting large-scale transformation and change management efforts
• Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills

Nice to have

• Deep expertise in federal or VA-focused marketing and program communication norms
• Certification in GovDelivery (Granicus) or APCO
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Background in healthcare, finance, or government technology environments
