What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end RFP process for complex, high-value commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and InfoSec teams to develop winning proposals.
• Ensure all bid submissions are strategically aligned, meticulously detailed, and meet rigorous quality standards.
• Support the global RFP team in executing bids across European and MENA markets.
• Translate complex technical payment jargon into influential, straightforward business development content.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Atlanta office.
• Demonstrable experience within the payments industry.
• Proven track record in bid management, proposal development, or commercial pre-sales roles.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and RFP software platforms.
