What you will do
- Lead account planning using a data-driven approach to identify and reach potential customers.
- Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activities using Salesforce.
- Deliver tailored solutions through compelling storytelling and vision transfer.
- Act as a product expert: gather customer feedback and translate market needs into product roadmap insights.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and cross-functional internal teams.
- Simplify complex situations into customer-ready stories and materials using Canva’s suite.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle selling experience across a range of customers, including large named accounts.
- Proven success managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting for new logo attainment.
- Ability to navigate complex business challenges and craft effective solutions.
- Strong planning skills for intricate organizations and comfort presenting to multiple key stakeholders in face-to-face meetings.
- Track record of leading successful and complex negotiations.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with uncertainty.
