What you will do
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables for client programs.
- Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment.
- Oversee medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions.
- Facilitate internal and client meetings to maintain project momentum.
- Support financial tracking, including budget management and invoicing.
- Lead smaller projects independently and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 2–3 years of experience in client services, agency, or project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Nice to have
- Experience supporting medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes.
- Exposure to budgeting or financial tracking for client projects.
- Experience coordinating events, meetings, or program logistics.
- Familiarity with vendor or agency partner management.
