What you will do

  • Manage project timelines, workflows, and deliverables for client programs.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions.
  • Facilitate internal and client meetings to maintain project momentum.
  • Support financial tracking, including budget management and invoicing.
  • Lead smaller projects independently and provide mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2–3 years of experience in client services, agency, or project coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes.
  • Exposure to budgeting or financial tracking for client projects.
  • Experience coordinating events, meetings, or program logistics.
  • Familiarity with vendor or agency partner management.
