Field Enablement Business Partner (SaaS): Serving as the Chief Activation Officer for Account Executive and Customer Experience organizations with an accent on diagnosing capability gaps and translating technical product knowledge into high-impact learning experiences. Focus on building hands-on technical content, designing methodology-grounded sales training, and driving measurable behavior change across complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Menlo Park, CA)
Compensation: $164,000 – $215,200

What you will do
- Act as a strategic enablement partner for Sales, Services, and Engineering leadership to diagnose and address skill gaps.
- Own end-to-end enablement programs from ideation and content creation to delivery and measurement.
- Translate technical product releases and industry use cases into consumable materials for diverse field audiences.
- Design activation experiences including hands-on labs, AI-powered learning, and live workshops.
- Build technical content such as product demos, architecture walkthroughs, and competitive positioning.
- Deliver sales skills training grounded in frameworks like value selling and MEDDPICC to improve deal execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, field enablement, technical product marketing, or solution engineering.
- Deep technical expertise in SQL, Python, and data platforms (OLAP/OLTP, data engineering).
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deal navigation.
- Proficiency in learning design, enablement tooling (LMS, CMS, Gong, Salesforce), and program management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Bachelor's degree required.
