TL;DR

Head of Partnerships (LegalTech): Building and scaling a global partner program from the ground up with an accent on strategic alliances with consulting firms and GSIs. Focus on developing go-to-market motions, driving partner-sourced revenue, and establishing Legora's market presence through high-impact partner enablement.

Location: On-site in New York City

Compensation: $336.6K – $396K OTE + Equity

What you will do

  • Own strategic relationships with global and regional consulting and SI partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans, including account mapping and co-sell motions.
  • Define how partners position, sell, and deliver Legora solutions to their clients.
  • Drive partner enablement and keep firms updated on product evolution.
  • Track pipeline health and report on partner-influenced revenue.
  • Provide market and partner feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development at an enterprise SaaS or AI company.
  • Proven track record of building partner programs from scratch.
  • Deep understanding of how major consulting firms and GSIs operate.
  • Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage multi-party deal complexity.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels, from managing directors to field AEs.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to support partner relationships across the US and Europe.

Nice to have

  • Background in legal tech or professional services.
  • Experience selling into law firms or in-house legal teams.
  • Familiarity with positioning AI products to risk-averse buyers.
  • Experience as an early hire on a scaling partner team.
