TL;DR

Location: Must be based in San Francisco and available to work in-office 5 days a week

Salary: $212,000 - $250,000

hirify.global builds the technology behind World, creating a trusted human network to distinguish real people from AI using the Orb and World ID.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the GTM strategy for World ID across enterprise authentication and the emerging agentic economy.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact partnership opportunities across Enterprise, Consumer, and Agent sectors.
  • Structure, negotiate, and manage the full lifecycle of complex platform partnerships and channel economics.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment with Legal, Product, and Engineering to launch and scale initiatives.
  • Represent the company to senior executives in enterprise security, identity, and AI ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships in the tech industry.
  • Proven track record of structuring and closing complex enterprise or platform partnerships.
  • Must be based in San Francisco and available to work in-office 5 days a week.
  • Deep understanding of the identity, security, or SaaS ecosystem.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling channel partnerships or ISV programs.
  • Familiarity with enterprise authentication, IAM platforms, or identity verification.
  • Existing relationships with enterprise security or IT buyer communities.
