Compensation: $200,000–$400,000 OTE

What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and close high-impact partnerships that generate measurable revenue.
- Carry and deliver against partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets.
- Lead commercial negotiations and define partnership models in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Sales.
- Develop repeatable go-to-market motions including co-sell plays, joint campaigns, and account-mapping programs.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to identify and execute high-value API and platform integrations.
- Build the revenue partnership function from the ground up, establishing qualification criteria and success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales within SaaS, AI, or marketing technology.
- Proven track record of independently sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial deals.
- Strong revenue ownership mindset with a focus on pipeline and bookings.
- Ability to build trust with senior partner stakeholders and represent the company credibly.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Legal teams.
- Builder mentality with the ability to operate autonomously in an ambiguous environment.
