What you will do
- Provide operational support for client onboarding, account set-up, and ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team to implement portfolio changes and rebalancing activities.
- Act as a key interface for outsourced partners, platforms, and custodians to resolve queries and drive improvements.
- Manage end-to-end portfolio implementations and asset transitions with strong project discipline.
- Ensure operational tasks meet high standards of accuracy, governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and contribute to building scalable processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Leeds office (Hybrid).
- Strong project management skills with a structured approach to delivery.
- Proven experience in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail with a focus on control, accuracy, and governance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of investment platforms and experience with custodians.
- Exposure to portfolio implementation or transition activity for Wealth or Institutional clients.
- Investment Management Certificate (IMC).
