What you will do

• Execute and support day-to-day operational processes for UK Bank treasury operations.
• Oversee outsourced services for settlement-related activities.
• Manage the control framework and drive business continuity planning.
• Support the rollout of new financial products and payment integrations.
• Manage counterparty due diligence and onboard new banking partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, back office, or change roles within a UK bank.
• Knowledge of key treasury instruments and settlements processes.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to implement solutions promptly and manage stakeholders effectively.
