Location: Hybrid (London) - spending at least three days per week (60%) at the London office

What you will do
- Manage and develop strategic relationships with institutional clients, including global banks, insurers, and asset managers.
- Deliver tailored banking solutions to support client ambitions and drive sustainable revenue growth for the Group.
- Coordinate activity across Product, Credit, Risk, Sector, and Operations teams to ensure a consistent client experience.
- Originate and execute new business opportunities while maintaining a strong focus on risk management and profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Associates to create a high-performing work environment.
Requirements
- 5 years’ experience managing and developing relationships with institutional clients within Corporate or Institutional Banking.
- Strong knowledge of banking products and experience working with sectors such as banks, insurers, or financial sponsors.
- Validated experience in assessing and managing credit risk, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of supporting revenue growth and identifying business development opportunities.
- Confirmed line management experience, including mentoring and developing colleagues.
