What you will do

• Support strategic growth and operational efficiency for VIP and Institutional business domains.
• Translate high-level strategies into scalable execution roadmaps and operating mechanisms.
• Leverage data analytics and AI-assisted workflows to identify business opportunities and execution risks.
• Establish governance frameworks and organizational workflows to improve delivery efficiency and accountability.
• Accelerate company-wide AI transformation by driving the adoption of AI-enabled delivery models and operational workflows.
• Provide executive-level updates on progress and dependencies to enable fast, informed decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy PMO, program management, strategic operations, or consulting.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex business problems into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments (Tech, FinTech, or Consulting).
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to design scalable operating solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for working with senior executives.
• Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, FinTech, or top-tier consulting.
• Experience driving AI adoption or familiarity with LLM-based workflows and automation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese to support global internal stakeholders.
