What you will do
- Drive Success Plans and act as a trusted advisor for high-profile enterprise customers.
- Manage the end-to-end product adoption journey, ensuring timelines and business objectives are met.
- Coordinate between customers and internal teams (Engineering, Product Management, Support) to resolve issues.
- Manage critical escalations and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Analyze customer data and activity to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing technical or business role.
- Experience with large-scale data platforms and software implementation/upgrade management.
- Strong understanding of data management, ITIL concepts, and networking.
- Proficiency with RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MySQL, Teradata).
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
