What you will do
- Monitor fraud risk across the customer lifecycle to provide timely detection of emerging risk patterns.
- Own and optimize risk controls end-to-end to ensure continuous strategy improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Growth, Data Science, and Engineering to drive custom risk management strategies for different geographies.
- Use quantitative analysis to assess risk and make decisions impacting large customer segments.
- Develop and implement risk monitoring and feedback loop frameworks for decision optimization.
- Manage strategy dashboards and track key data metrics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience (Bachelor's) or 5+ years (Master's) in Risk Management policies, preferably in Crypto, Fintech, or Payments.
- Deep understanding of fraud risk management and strategy across multiple fraud areas.
- Knowledge of data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and risk rule writing engines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Current right to work in Singapore without requiring visa sponsorship.
