What you will do

• Lead requirement gathering and stakeholder workshops with senior banking clients.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and process flows.
• Support transformation initiatives across banking domains including risk, treasury, and lending.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with consulting, product, and technology teams to deliver solutions.
• Produce executive-level documentation and business cases.

Requirements

• 6–12 years of Business Analysis or Banking Transformation experience.
• Strong institutional banking domain knowledge.
• Experience on large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent documentation, process mapping, and analytical ability.
• Must be based in Singapore.
