What you will do

• Manage the full project lifecycle for data center construction from site selection and feasibility through to commissioning.
• Track and manage project budgets and secure necessary expenditure approvals.
• Lead General Contractor and subcontractor bid processes and support contract negotiations.
• Coordinate external consultants, including architects, structural/MEP engineers, and legal counsel.
• Oversee pre-construction activities, design reviews, and regulatory permitting with local authorities.
• Mitigate project delivery risks to maintain schedules and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in construction project management or real estate development.
• 2+ years of experience in a dedicated project management role.
• Track record of managing commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects (data centers preferred).
• Proficiency in budget management, cost forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Working knowledge of construction contracts (AIA, DBIA) and applicable building codes.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Must be a U.S. person (Citizen, Lawful Permanent Resident, Refugee, or Asylee) to comply with U.S. Government export regulations.

Nice to have

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience with hyperscale or mission-critical facility construction.
• Familiarity with LEED or BREEAM sustainability standards.
