What you will do

• Identify and solve technical onboarding and integration challenges for global education customers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and implement scalable integration solutions.
• Act as the technical lead for strategic school districts and universities with complex requirements.
• Manage technical relationships with LMS, authentication, and rostering technology partners.
• Create documentation and training materials to enable Support and Success teams.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable product feedback to influence the integration roadmap.

Requirements

• Deep experience with authentication, identity management, rostering, or LMS platforms.
• Proficiency with technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, LTI, and OneRoster.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong systems thinking and experience identifying scalable solutions.
• Comfortable navigating diverse stakeholders and building cross-functional relationships.
• Must be willing to work flexibly across time zones to support global customers.
