What you will do

• Develop and execute end-to-end engagement strategies to accelerate product adoption tied to releases and regional priorities.
• Analyze product usage and engagement trends to drive data-informed decisions and retention projects.
• Create targeted messaging and campaigns to promote product value and drive dealer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional teams, dealers, and product partners.
• Identify adoption barriers and design targeted interventions to improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Expertise in promoting and driving engagement for digital products.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Knowledge of relationship management and effective influencing tactics.
• Strong communication skills to accurately interpret and transmit complex ideas.
• Ability to measure the quality and quantity of work effort for continuous improvement.
