What you will do

• Translate institutional needs (custody, settlement, tokenization, trading, and regulatory context) into buildable roadmaps; set the technical bar and make key design decisions.
• Drive commercial and account growth by running the account like a business and converting delivered trust into the next engagement.
• Lead discovery and executive relationships from engineers to C-suite stakeholders, defining success around adoption, risk, cost, and time-to-value.
• Rotate into R&D and Innovation to lead 0-to-1 product creation on frontier blockchain and AI, and codify learnings into reusable components and playbooks.
• Feed customer insights back into Galaxy’s product organization to shape what the firm builds next.
• Champion the thoughtful adoption of AI and use AI tools to improve productivity, decision-making, and output quality.

Requirements

• Proven track record of owning outcomes end to end in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
• Real technical depth: shipped production software and can lead engineers credibly.
• Commercial instinct: turned delivered work into expanded scope or revenue.
• Executive presence: can brief C-suite stakeholders effectively.
• Typically 6+ years across forward-deployed/solutions engineering, technical PM, and client-facing delivery.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25–40% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital assets or blockchain infrastructure.
• Delivery experience into Tier-1 financial institutions.
• Hands-on production LLM or AI agent experience.
• Technical founder or quota-carrying solutions architect background.
• Fluency in custody, settlement, payments rails, tokenization, or trading systems.
