What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end process of annual automotive mobile app evaluations and reporting.
- Assess mobile app solutions for performance, usability, feature content, and software quality.
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and write comprehensive reports.
- Present findings and defend recommendations to cross-functional teams and OEM executive leadership.
- Coordinate vehicle procurement and specific packages to facilitate rigorous evaluations.
- Support the development of new subscription-based products and manage client relationships.
Requirements
- Must be based in the USA.
- 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 6 years with a Master's / 3 years with a PhD).
- Strong expertise in consumer electronics, mobile applications, and the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in research design and general statistics.
- Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to develop automated solutions and macros.
- Experience leveraging AI and automation technologies to enhance workflows.
