What you will do
- Own the end-to-end vision and strategy for native iOS and Android apps to drive long-term fan retention.
- Execute a roadmap focused on push notifications, personalization, loyalty mechanics, and native platform features like widgets and app clips.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to drive iterative experiments and large-scale product bets.
- Manage app store presence, including ASO, keyword strategy, and creative optimization to drive discoverability.
- Oversee release cadence, app health, and performance metrics to ensure a high-quality, crash-free experience.
- Mentor junior product team members and contribute to the overall product culture and best practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a proven track record shipping native mobile products at scale.
- Deep expertise in engagement and retention, including building habit-forming loops and personalization systems.
- Fluency in iOS and Android platform guidelines (HIG and Material Design) and mobile platform capabilities.
- Strong technical foundation with experience in product analytics, release management, and feature flagging.
- Must be based on the East Coast of the United States.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in modern prototyping tools like Figma.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketplace or ticketing products in sports, entertainment, or travel.
- Experience leveraging machine learning or AI-powered personalization.
- Background in engineering (5+ years) with a focus on native mobile, web, and backend systems.
