Location: Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; optional remote on Wednesday and Friday depending on work type)
Salary: €61,600 - €78,400

What you will do
- Secure and retain revenue by protecting revenue streams and incentivizing multi-year agreements.
- Close renewals by understanding customer needs and demonstrating account management capabilities.
- Engage key stakeholders to identify requirements, budgets, and approval processes while overcoming roadblocks.
- Manage territory processes including quote-to-close for all renewals within assigned territory.
- Defend market share against competitive pressures and maintain accurate rolling 90-day renewal forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales Management to navigate complex requests and improve process efficiency.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Dublin with hybrid office attendance as specified
- 2–5 years of experience in software/subscription renewals or account management; SaaS experience is a plus.
- Fluency in German is required
- Proficiency in contract negotiations, value selling, discovery, and closing skills with consistent quota achievement.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering pricing presentations to C-level customers and partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.
