Renewals Manager (Sales): Managing client renewals to maximize retention, identify expansion opportunities, and drive customer satisfaction with an accent on contract negotiations, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on securing multi-year agreements, defending market share, and partnering with internal teams to ensure on-time renewals in a hybrid office environment.

Location: Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; optional remote on Wednesday and Friday depending on work type)

Salary: €61,600 - €78,400

What you will do

  • Secure and retain revenue by protecting revenue streams and incentivizing multi-year agreements.
  • Close renewals by understanding customer needs and demonstrating account management capabilities.
  • Engage key stakeholders to identify requirements, budgets, and approval processes while overcoming roadblocks.
  • Manage territory processes including quote-to-close for all renewals within assigned territory.
  • Defend market share against competitive pressures and maintain accurate rolling 90-day renewal forecasts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales Management to navigate complex requests and improve process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Dublin with hybrid office attendance as specified
  • 2–5 years of experience in software/subscription renewals or account management; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Fluency in German is required
  • Proficiency in contract negotiations, value selling, discovery, and closing skills with consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering pricing presentations to C-level customers and partnering with Sales and Customer Success teams.
