What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts from lead generation to closing and renewals.
• Generate a robust pipeline from ICP accounts through value-driven outbounding.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure customer success.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Leverage the internal executive team to accelerate deal cycles and secure decision-maker buy-in.
• Shape the go-to-market motion and influence engagement strategies for key accounts.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a top-performing Account Executive.
• Proven track record in complex solution sales and closing 7-figure deals.
• Consistent performance in meeting pipeline generation targets for net new business.
• Must be based in Sydney and able to work from the office.

Nice to have

• Previous experience selling AI or Customer Support/Experience software.
• Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup.
