TL;DR

Location: Based in Sydney (hybrid: 3–4 days in office preferred)

What you will do

  • Act as a player-coach, personally closing deals while building and mentoring a team of Account Executives.
  • Develop repeatable sales behaviors, pipeline discipline, and coaching rhythms within the team.
  • Contribute to shaping go-to-market execution and identifying market opportunities in Australia.
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B / SaaS sales with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
  • Strong background in personal deal closure (hunter mentality).
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Experience mentoring or leading small sales teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot or equivalent.
  • Experience in tax, compliance, or R&D professional services is a strong plus.
