What you will do
- Act as a player-coach, personally closing deals while building and mentoring a team of Account Executives.
- Develop repeatable sales behaviors, pipeline discipline, and coaching rhythms within the team.
- Contribute to shaping go-to-market execution and identifying market opportunities in Australia.
- Own pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting within HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion efficiency.
Requirements
- 5β10 years of experience in B2B / SaaS sales with a proven track record of hitting revenue targets.
- Strong background in personal deal closure (hunter mentality).
- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Experience mentoring or leading small sales teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot or equivalent.
- Experience in tax, compliance, or R&D professional services is a strong plus.
