What you will do

• Translate customer pain points into detailed implementation and migration plans.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including task schedules and resource coordination.
• Design and manage software integrations and deployment workflows.
• Conduct educational webinars and workshops to drive product adoption.
• Monitor usage metrics and proactively engage with non-active accounts to ensure success.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and contribute to customer journey playbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success, software implementation, or technical support.
• 2-3 years of experience using HighLevel or similar vertical SaaS solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality SOPs and documentation.
• Proficiency in managing diverse customer groups and handling sensitive issues with diplomacy.
• Technical acumen in platform integrations and software solutions.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of marketing experience.
• Prior experience with internal systems like Freshdesk.
