TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Singapore or open to relocation, with a hybrid work arrangement.

What you will do

  • Define and evolve a target account base across Singapore and APAC to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Generate pipeline through proactive outbound activity, networking, and direct engagement.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholders including CX leaders, CIOs, CTOs, and C-suite executives.
  • Position cloud communication solutions by aligning technical capabilities with specific business outcomes and pain points.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and leadership teams to support enterprise deal progression.

Requirements

  • 5–12 years of experience in B2B SaaS or technical solution sales with a focus on new business acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through proactive outreach.
  • Hands-on experience managing full-cycle sales from engagement to signed contract.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
  • Must be based in Singapore or open to relocation.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid WFH/WFO arrangement.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with cloud, communications, CX, or AI platforms.
  • Exposure to CCaaS, UCaaS, or CPaaS domains.
