What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global DXP solutions to Singapore Government accounts, focusing on winning new opportunities and growing existing business.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, positioning the product suite to C-level executives using a consultative approach.
  • Manage the full sales funnel including prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, and account strategy.
  • Collaborate with the hirify.global partner network and internal SDR and Presales teams to accelerate growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities across the assigned region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of enterprise software sales experience with a focus on net-new business.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quota targets in high-value negotiations.
  • Experience selling and demonstrating complex SaaS solutions throughout the entire sales cycle.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to nurture executive-level relationships.
  • Location: Must be based in Singapore

Nice to have

  • Experience using the MEDDIC sales methodology.
  • Background in selling to the Public Sector or Large Enterprise accounts.
  • Demonstrable experience with SaaS MarTech solutions.
