TL;DR

Client Manager (Employee Benefits): Managing end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of employee benefits clients with an accent on strategic benefit design, workplace health, and pension consulting. Focus on driving revenue growth, shaping long-term account strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.

Location: Must be based in the UK (Hybrid role across 10 UK offices).

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end relationships for a portfolio of existing employee benefits clients.
  • Develop and maintain client reward strategies to help achieve people goals.
  • Drive revenue growth through consultative support and identifying new opportunities.
  • Lead client Quarterly Business Reviews and manage strategic account planning.
  • Champion the voice of the client internally to improve NPS and service delivery.
  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve complex client escalations and ensure contract renewals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the UK with the right to work.
  • Proven experience in Employee Benefits, health & wellbeing, or HCM industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue and securing renewals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead complex client escalations and provide clear direction.
  • Proficiency in shaping and executing long-term account strategies.
