Consult Partner (Insurance): Lead profitable growth and end-to-end client engagements for large insurance accounts, with an accent on CXO-level relationship management, complex consulting delivery oversight, and shaping strategic change agendas across Business and IT transformations. What you will do
- Drive profitable growth by meeting consult signings/revenue targets and managing margin expectations and backlog growth.
- Build and commercialise business development pipelines, including scoping and fee negotiation while containing risk.
- Own client engagement end-to-end: lead C-level interactions, deliver deal engagement outputs, and act as the escalation point for delivery.
- Lead the design of complex engagements and oversee delivery performance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Provide strategic contribution by shaping industry and technology-driven change agendas aligned to value pillars.
- Lead and develop teams across multi-disciplinary consulting programmes, fostering continuous development and innovation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in client engagement and relationship management at CXO level.
- Proven ability to build and commercialise relationships with senior executives.
- Track record of selling, leading, and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public sector environments.
- Strong financial acumen: driving revenue growth and managing margins.
- Experience in managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in Technical Continuous Modernisation, Innovation at Scale, or Security and Resilience, with a strong industry focus in Insurance.
Nice to have
- Advanced productivity skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) for proposals, SOWs, and polished deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including workshop facilitation and C-level gravitas.
- Ability to analyse data and inputs to produce strategic roadmaps and recommendations.
