What you will do

  • Lead and execute consulting projects for insurance clients to ensure high quality of service and delivery.
  • Drive commercial development and market share growth for the insurance sector in Belgium and potentially the Netherlands.
  • Manage the full business development process, including prospecting, proposal writing, and client relationship management.
  • Develop thought leadership and industry insights through case studies and articles on insurance market trends.
  • Coach and steer consulting teams on assignments within the insurance business line.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in business, engineering, or economics from a first-class university.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a consulting company within the Financial Services sector.
  • Proven business development skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fundamental insight into the insurance market and its evolutions.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Must possess a valid work permit as the company is unable to provide sponsorship.
