DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes)

Location: Remote (Poland), must be able to be present in the Warsaw HQ approximately once per quarter

What you will do

• Operate, maintain, and further develop modern Kubernetes-based platforms.
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and deploy applications with Helm.
• Support and improve GitOps-based deployment processes using ArgoCD.
• Contribute to monitoring, logging, and observability using Elastic Stack, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Collaborate closely with agile development and operations teams to ensure platform stability and scalability.
• Take independent ownership of assigned technical tasks and security enhancements.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a DevOps, Platform, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong professional knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
• Practical experience with ArgoCD, Traefik, Keycloak, Prometheus, and Kyverno.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps practices.
• Ability to visit the Warsaw HQ (ul. Marynarska 12) approximately once per quarter.
• CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) certification or equivalent expertise.
